Seeking: LCAM/Office Manager for a wonderful 368-home HOA (30-40 hours/week) who wants to be her/his own boss in our friendly HOA office, instead of working for a big management company

Area: Pasco County

Requirements:

* Must have at least 2-3 years of community association management experience.

* Must have valid LCAM license and driver’s license.

* Must have solid references.

* Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks accounting software or equivalent

Our LCAM/Office Manager will prepare records and files according to standard practices; perform duties and uphold Chapter 720 of the Florida Statutes; prepare deposits; mail dues statements and official notices; maintain member database and account information; process accounts payable; type correspondence, and perform other related duties.

Duties:

- Assist Members efficiently and respectfully: Answers questions, account information, records requests, fob purchases, forms and documents.

- Enters payments into accounting software, reconciling deposits with entries, producing accurate financial statements

- Maintains accurate Member Database

- Maintains and updates HOA website

- Posts meeting Notices

- Prepares agendas, attends Board meetings, Drafts meeting minutes

- Liaison to Attorney for association legal questions, foreclosures, liens, and collections.

- Provides estoppel certificates for Property Transfers at closings (optional)

- Conducts Orientation and Registration with new members

- Records Quarterly Dues payments and maintains up-to-date Dues payment log

- Prepares and makes deposits

- Reviews Bank Statements for Treasurer’s review

- Manages dues accounts, monitors delinquencies, track collections

- Obtains bids, manages vendor relationships.

- Schedules common area maintenance as needed

- Manages special projects as needed

- Processes board-approved payables and time sheets

- Files receipts for paid invoices

- Reviews monthly financial reports and works with bookkeeping to maintain accurate reports on budget, expenses, member accounts, vendors, and reserve accounts.

- Prepares agenda and all materials for monthly Board meetings; posts on website.

- Attends Board meetings and drafts meeting minutes

Salary: $25/hr

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
