Job description
Strong and growing commercial real estate investment firm is searching for an experienced property manager to oversee a multistate portfolio of retail properties.
Responsibilities:
· Work closely with vendors to ensure compliance with service contracts
· Ensure adherence to property owners’ policies and procedures, as well as compliance with codes, regulations, and governmental agency directives
· Oversee leasing
· Resolve any tenant issues
· Implement polices & procedures
· Assist with CAM
· Various related duties as needed
Requirements:
· Bachelors degree a plus
· 5+ years of experience with retail properties
· Prior experience with property management software
· Excellent communication skills
· Experience with MS Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
