Knowledge of Ohio Lottery Commission & Office of Executive rules, regulations, policies & procedures*; Sports Gaming rules, regulations, policies & procedures*; Ohio Lottery Commission Customer Service Standards*; Business administration, management science or public administration; Public relations; Public accounting; Ohio Casino Control Commission licensing rules, regulations, policies & procedures*; Word processing, spreadsheet & database software packages; Lottery specific software applications required for Sports Gaming*; Marketing & promotions. Skilled in Operation of personal computer. Ability to Gather, collate & classify information about data, people or things; Define problems, collect data, establish facts & draw valid conclusions; Deliver speeches before government officials & general public; Write letters, papers & reports; Handle sensitive telephone & face-to-face inquiries & contacts with general public.
