Job description
“Rolling Plains Management Corporation is now accepting applications for a Provider Services Specialist to work in our Wichita Falls, Texas office with Workforce Solutions Child Care. Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, child psychology, educational psychology, elementary education, or family consumer science. A minimum of one-year experience in an early childhood classroom in a child care facility, Early Head Start, Head Start or pre-kindergarten through third grade school program is required. Experience in social services skills relating to parents, children, and providers in the industry and knowledge of child care licensing standards is preferred. The candidate must have the ability to write clearly and succinctly and be able to relate to diverse groups. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to coordinate training programs and organize and implement systems for monitoring and tracking child care provider agreements, keeping up with critical deadlines. Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, using correct business grammar. Balancing duties and prioritizing duties with strong organizational skills is required. Applicants must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs, i.e., Word, Excel and Outlook.
