Jahn Corporation, a family focused Government contractor with excellent benefits is accepting resumes for a Part Time Visitor Control position to provide support to DOD programs and projects.

PART TIME VISITOR CONTROL (Every Other Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun 10 pm- 6 am and Daytime Hours as Needed)

**This position requires Holiday hours and may involve some travel.**

**Must have an ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance**

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• 100% check of all visitor badges.

· Provide visitor access control support to include maintaining visitor's logs.

· Verifying visitor certifications.

· Issuing temporary visitor badges.

· Escorting personnel.

· Maintaining key control.

· Performing roving patrols of restricted areas.

• Package inspections.
• Physical monitoring of designated areas.
• Detecting and reporting violations.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Must be prompt, attentive to details, courteous, and must maintain a professional appearance.
• Previous experience with access control operations.
• Ability to remain alert, vigilant, and responsive throughout assigned shifts.
• Ability to report promptly and reliably for scheduled operations.
• The preferred candidate will have a proven ability to deal tactfully and diplomatically with personnel inside and outside the organization and with customers and other employees in order to provide the best and highest level of support.

Education: High School Graduate.

Experience: Must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Physical/Personnel security.

Citizenship/Clearance: Must be U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance.
