ISG (Infrastructure Solutions Group) - Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group is innovating the future-defined data center, today. From the simplest to the most complex IT environments for all types of workloads, our servers, storage, networking and solutions help maximize the potential of data centers.
This manager will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for driving new logos and/or new line of business growth within existing accounts. This leader will not only be responsible for developing short and long term strategies for market share, but ensuring a heavy focus on pipeline health and operation efficiency while also ensuring rep development and growth.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Build and orchestrate sales pipeline activity, ensuring active nurturing of deals and movement of opportunities to close
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue & margin quotas
- Proven track record in leading a team with high focus on strategic selling to Public Sector in a high tech industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements and interlocking teams across multiple organizations.
Basic Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience and 5 years of management experience.
- Experience leading a team in the Enterprise/Infrastructure industry required.
- Strong hunting and acquisition sales experience a must.
- Experience on Public Sector customers.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with System Integrators and Channel Partners for the Public Sector vertical.
- Strong inter-personal and communications skills, able to manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently.
- Possess a strong skillset for CRM management and ability to articulate business objectives and results.
