Physical Work Conditions
Position is located on the production floor, standing for up to 12 hours a day. Work with or around power tools, loud equipment and chemicals. Lift up to 50 pounds.
The Pultrusion Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of Pultrusion production. This role will also supervise Pultrusion set-ups. In addition to overseeing the production of the department on their shift, this person will be responsible for safety, quality, productivity, and accuracy of all set-ups and outgoing Pultrusion production. Will also train, fill-in on the line, and help in any other area of the plant as needed.
Schedule
Friday - Sunday: 6:00am - 6:15pm
- with some flexibility to come in Mondays
Pay
Entry Level: $23.00
Mid - High: $28.85 - $34.60
