What will your day look like? At Aerotech, you will:

  • Places standard orders for materials and services as assigned, and expedite orders and tracks late deliveries as required
  • Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availability and delivery schedule, and maintain the vendor relationships.
  • Maintains computer files for the following, but not limited to, purchase orders, vendor maintenance and vendor performance
  • Analyzes MRP output and places orders accordingly
  • Authorizes payment of invoices containing discrepancies or return of standard merchandise within limits
  • Prepares and issues purchase orders and change notices

What will separate you from the rest? Experience with:

  • Effectively presenting information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and colleagues.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google applications (Mail, Calendar, Drive); highly proficient in the use of these programs.
  • Critical thinking and complex problem solving skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Business Administration, Interdisciplinary Business with Engineering Studies, or related field of study.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
