Position

Thatcher Technology Group (TTG) is seeking an analytical and self-motivated QA Analyst to join our team. As a QA Analyst, you will bring your prior experience working in the software industry to develop, maintain, and execute quality assurance testing procedures.

Our ideal candidate is a quick learner who possesses strong deductive reasoning skills, is detail oriented, persistent, patient, and creative.

As a QA Analyst at TTG, you will…

· Handle complex quality assurance and test environment issues.

· Develop and execute test plans and test scripts.

· Track and verify resolution of software defects.

· Manage multiple projects and deadlines amid shifting priorities, working both independently and in a team environment.

· Leverage expert level knowledge and understanding of test plans, scripts, procedures, and expected results to contribute to the successful testing of software products.

· Facilitate thought groups in order to clarify requirements and understand the design while focusing on the desired outcome.

Required Qualifications

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field

· 2+ years of experience in scripting or programming

· Experience with testing methodologies (i.e., white vs. black box testing, system vs. functional, etc.) and software process methodologies.
