Qualified Professional, Tenancy and Peer Support
Easterseals UCP is a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia. We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Qualified Professional (QP) to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary, Transition Management Services team designed to provide tenancy and peer support services focused on growing and maintaining the independent living skills of the people we serve.
What You’ll Do
Easterseals’ TMS team partners with the community to offer services to adults participating in the Transition to Community Living program (TCLI). As a Qualified Professional, you will provide tenancy support services by participating in the provision of structured rehabilitative interventions to individuals served. Provide peer support services by coordinating communication with guardians, care coordination, housing stakeholders, landlords, Behavioral Health services, and other agencies serving the individuals being supported.
How You’ll Benefit
You’ll earn a competitive salary based on your experience, range is $21-23/hour, plus enjoy a flexible, partial remote work schedule Monday through Friday with local travel in Cumberland (20%) and Johnston counties (80%). We also offer benefits to those regularly working 30 hours or more per week.

- We also offer PAID CLINICAL SUPERVISION TOWARD FULL LICENSURE, or up to $65/week toward outside supervision
What We’re Looking For
To join our team, you must be willing to provide services in people’s homes, rotate first responder coverage for 1-week at a time, have a passion for helping others, and able to link clients to community resources. We also require the following:
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Able to be credentialed as a Mental Health Qualified Professional or Associate Professional
- In addition to Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS), preferred
- Minimum of 2 year of experience with the adult mental health population-internships included
- A valid driver's license, current auto insurance and a good driving record
