***THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN MOUNDRIDGE, KS***

Tortilla King LLC is looking for a full time Quality Assurance Technician to join our team in Moundridge, KS. The Quality Assurance Technician will perform various quality checks for all production lines.

We have a current opening on 3rd shift (10 pm- 6 am).

Quality experience or an educational background in the food industry required.

Must be able to work at a steady pace, stand on feet for long periods of time. Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, twist, push and/or pull up to 50lbs. Bilingual a plus.

Job Duties and Skills Include:

• Monitor and ensure performance of various quality checks for all production lines
• Basic laboratory testing
• Receiving and inspecting of raw materials
• Accurately complete quality and regulatory paperwork
• Good time management, organizational, and problem solving skills
