headquartered in Texas and have offices and operations throughout several states, including

California, Arizona, Texas, North Carolina and Florida. Bldg.Works provides customized building services to businesses. Every building that has people working in it must have our services. Our menu of services range from custodial work such as
office cleaning & detailing, to carpet care, stone & tile care, staffing services, landscape care, etc.

Our clients range from fortune 1000 companies across America to local offices and buildings. How we deliver the ten different services we offer to our clients is through our network of franchise owners. They operate their businesses, manage their crews and take care of the customers.

As the parent company, one of the support functions we perform for our franchisees is operational support. We maintain an operations team in each market and that is where we have an opening at the current time. We are looking for ambitious, driven to succeed individuals that want rapid personal growth and can grow into future leaders in the firm as we continue our coast to coast expansion.

Job Information:

We are recruiting for a Quality Control Building Inspector for the Houston
area. The focus of this position is customer retention through quality inspections, problem resolutions, and effectively managing franchisees and customers. This is a fast-paced, professional corporate environment, with a great deal of face to face contact, so you must like dealing with all kinds of people and businesses daily. You will be required to drive to our customer locations and inspect the cleaning our Account Managers are providing via a tablet. You will be building relationships between our clients and make sure the service is up to their satisfaction.

Training:

There is full training on the job, which will include classroom, audiovisual, actual field work, company information, services & products knowledge, etc. Then training is an ongoing effort. We expect our Quality Control Team to continually improve their skill sets.
