Our Quality Control team is looking for people who are driven to solve problems, share ideas for improvements, all while utilizing analysis skills.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Analyzing product at several stages in the manufacturing process
• Determining performance characteristics and stability of product
• Developing, maintaining, and utilizing data analysis tools to evaluate product performance
• Presenting product data
• Ensuring the highest accuracy in all aspects of our product

Requirements include:

• High school diploma or GED level education with relevant experience required. Bachelor’s degree in science, mathematics, statistics, or related discipline or Associates degree with relevant experience strongly preferred.
• Prior Med Tech, MLT, or CLS experience a plus.
• Must possess a knowledge base consisting of quality principles and standards, data analysis, statistical analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated previous applicable, steady work history with acceptable performance.

• Motivation and initiative to meet deadlines
• Ability to produce high quality and detailed work
• Effectively communicate at multiple levels with internal and external customers
• Working knowledge of Excel
• 1+ years’ related work experience preferred
• Prior leadership experience preferred
