Executive Description of Role: The Quality Control Supervisor ensures the functions of QC are operating at a level that achieves KPI expectations set forth by Senior Leadership. The QC Supervisor must engage, develop and lead their direct reports to run their daily operations in accordance with achieving daily KPI expectations. The QC Supervisor must ensure that his direct reports are being held accountable for lack of execution of achieving KPIs.
Quality Control Level of Expectation:
- Ensure that QC KPIs are being met daily in accordance to the daily expectation of Pick Audits, Price Verification and On Dock Verification.
- Ensure that associates below the productivity goal expectation set forth by Senior Leadership is held accountable for productivity. This expectation is expected weekly.
- Ensure Pick Audits are completed daily in accordance with the Level of Expectation. QC should be auditing 1% of the previous days total processed pallets.
- Ensure that every processed pallet is taken through QC On Dock Verification. Every pallet should be checked for the following: Correct info on Green Pallet Ticket i.e (Stock Name, Season, Division, Sub Cat and Cat Note), Proper Placement of green label (maximum 2 green stickers used placed on long side of the pallet, visual inspection of piece count, seasonal compliance and cube compliance.
- Ensure that the Price Database is verified and updated daily.
- Ensure every exception is researched, fixed and documented by the Associate in Error.
- Ensure that On Dock Counts and Pick Audits are updated on Teams at the end of the shift. KPI’s to include: Total Pallets/Picks Audited and Total Errors Found.
- Ensure that every exception is documented and turned into HR to be recorded on Associates Performance Sheets.
- Ensure that Shift to Shift set up and Housekeeping expectations are met daily.

Physical Requirements:
• Must have ability to lift up to 50 lbs.• Must have ability to stand, or sit, for extended periods (entire shift) and to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures.• Ability to bend and twist frequently
Working Conditions:
• Routinely work near moving mechanical parts such as vehicles, forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies or similar mechanical devices• Willing to work in hot and cold conditions. Moderate to loud noise levels. Additional Compensation:
