Job description
This position is not a remote position and must report to the office in Memphis, TN Monday through Thursday, 8am to 5pm and Fridays 8am to 12pm.

- Assists with creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Monitors data entry of Quality Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) information for all LifeLinc sites.
- Works closely with LifeLinc Department Coordinators to ensure timely and accurate entry of clinical quality data and weekly submissions to the QCDR.
- Ensures appropriate QCDR forms are used and follows up with sites where variances are found.
- Determines untimely reporting and proactively assists sites with reporting and submitting QCDR data.
- Troubleshoot issues with data submissions and communicates to QCDR vendor.
- Escalates issues related to scanners and interfaces that delay document processing to Director of Quality.
- Assists with updating the Comprehensive Facility contact list.
- Creates professional PowerPoint presentations for use in meetings with hospital and clinical leadership.
- Generates reports from multiple systems, including billing, electronic medical records, patient experience portal, and clinical quality portal.
- Accesses requested medical records and billing statements for law office and logs appropriately.
- Retrieves medical records, organizes, shares, and tracks necessary documents for annual clinician peer audit reviews.
- Manages provider access to Patient Experience vendor, Clinical Quality vendor, and Graphium Electronic medical record.
- Provides training on Graphium Electronic Medical Record.
- Assists with multiple ongoing and new projects within the Quality department.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in business, medical or related field
- Minimum of three years related experience (or combined education and experience) and training in data aggregation, tracking, and forecasting
- Experience with CPT-4, ICD-9, ICD-10 coding

Supervisory experience a plus
