We scour the entire Nashville area for people with strong backgrounds in home care or elderly care, a history of community involvement, and, most of all, big hearts. Those selected for an at home caregiver job at Cornerstone Nashville may be asked to support their seniors with a wide range of responsibilities from light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation to one-on-one mobility assistance and providing transportation. An at home caregiver job with us is also an opportunity for personal growth. We offer the opportunity for advanced training in areas like dementia care or Alzheimer's care so that caregivers can continue to develop their skills.

Eligible caregivers that are hired on as members of the Cornerstone Caregiving team will receive a $150 sign-on bonus. This bonus will be paid out in increments of $50 over 3 paychecks when criteria for the bonus are met.

Caregiver Eligibility and Requirements:

• Caregiver must work at least 3 shifts per week.

• Caregiver must not be more than 15 minutes late to any assigned shift.

• Caregiver must have a working cell phone to track accurate clock-ins and clock-outs.

• Caregiver must not call out for any assigned shifts for anything considered non emergency.

• Caregiver must hold themselvesin a professional manner, with no disciplinary action, and wear proper attire to allshifts(uniform, nametag, close-toed shoes, black or khaki pants).

If caregiver employee does not meet eligibility and requirements, caregiver forfeits sign-on bonus pay. Caregiver will no longer be eligible for remaining payouts.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
