The Quality Process Analyst II will monitor and analyze risks for the organization in evaluating project plan deployment, conduct quality testing and evaluation, drafting reports, and collaborating with key leaders throughout the organization for non-compliance and remediation. They will also conduct evaluations over business processes and identify key recommendations to streamline and enhance processes that will improve the quality of services provided to customers.

Performance

  • Develop a project plan for a performance project for management review and approval
  • Coordinate and/or lead cross-functional department company projects in support of company strategic initiatives and goals. Use flowcharting, statistical, spreadsheet, word processing, project management, and presentation software as necessary.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance processes.
  • Conduct meetings and walkthroughs with business partners.
  • May provide some guidance (I.e., mentoring relationship) to staff within the department.
  • Document work papers to evidence work performed in accordance with department standards.
  • Develop and maintaining productive business and information technology partner relationships through individual contacts (Client Relationship Model) and group meetings.

Quality

  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
  • Document work papers to evidence work performed in accordance with department standards.
  • Compile and analyze statistical data.
  • Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.
  • Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Investigate customer complaints and product issues.
  • Draft regular reporting of quality results
  • Drive significant improvements to service quality, resulting in increased customer retention and growth in corporate revenues.
  • Provide quality results findings which impact employee performance rating without creating conflict
  • Identify process improvements and translate into practical solutions before they become critical

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of prior experience highly desired.
  • Project Management Experience
  • History of high Impact project execution
  • Mix of Technology and Business Experience.
  • Insurance Industry is a plus.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution.

Work location is flexible if approved by the Company except that the position may not be performed remotely from NYC
