Hagerty Consulting, Inc., is hiring! We are a nationally recognized, comprehensive emergency management and homeland security consulting firm focused on helping clients prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters.

Hagerty has successfully helped clients navigate some of the nation’s largest disasters, including 9/11, Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Sandy, Hurricane Maria, Hurricane Michael, and COVID-19. In recent years, Hagerty has worked side-by-side with state and local governments across the country to rapidly respond to industrial accidents, wildfires, and pandemics while also supporting the transition to and management of recovery operations. Our professionals have supported response and recovery programs coast-to-coast, providing financial and grant management support throughout the recovery process, from grant formulation through closeout. In partnership with our clients, Hagerty’s professionals have developed and managed more than $30 billion in disaster recovery grants for our clients.

We are looking for candidates with strong and demonstrated experience in service design to join our team. The QuickBase Developer will provide maintenance for existing applications and support the development of new QuickBase applications. This professional must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the needs of multiple teams, systems, and products.

In this position, the QuickBase Developer will:

  • Develop, configure, enhance, and administer a variety of QuickBase applications.
  • Provide end-user support by debugging issues, answering questions about system functionality, and responding to enhancement requests.
  • Identify and build integrations with other business tools/applications to optimize processes. Build custom applications and develop custom pages using both the QuickBase API as well as regular QuickBase interface.
  • Build reports and dashboards for end-users and management.
  • Develop custom forms and pages and workflow designs.
  • Develop, automate, and maintain data feeds using scripting languages into and out of the applications.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop ideal business processes and automate manual work.
  • Translate business needs/requirements into usable systems and enhancements.
  • Update existing applications and workflows.
  • Create new applications or new functionalities to existing applications.

Candidates for the QuickBase Developer must have:

  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • Three (3) years of experience in QuickBase application design and development.
  • Three (3) years of experience in software and database design.
  • Three (3) years of experience in web-based technologies (HTML/JavaScript).

This position will be located primarily remote. Candidates should be willing to travel to provide support to meet client needs.
