Quincy and Moses Lake Community Health Centers are seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join their imaging teams! The Radiologic Technologist will provide radiographic studies for medical patients.
Responsibilities
- Processes the Provider's radiology order.
- Ability to obtain accurate clear, concise radiographic images.
- Transmits images to the Radiologist group for interpretations.
- Performs administrative duties as required (invoices, pt logs, etc.).
- Basic organizational skills, typically to organize own work.
- Job duties require the ability to work independently.
- Job duties are typically performed in response to workflow or ongoing direction by supervisors or others.
- Employees are able to effectively select from alternatives to situations encountered on the job.
- Work requires consideration of the impact of work product on other employees in the work process.
- Duties require analysis of information following established methods, not requiring the employee's own opinions.
- Job duties require knowledge and training in the field of Radiology, typically acquired through a formal Associates degree or trade school program in Radiographic Technology.
- Ability to obtain a Washington State Radiographic Technologist license.
- Ability to prepare basic correspondence and simple reports in Microsoft Word.
- Ability to create, send and manage email in Outlook.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel to create tables and simple displays of information.
- Ability to access and complete data entry in EMR.
- Fully functional in use of the EMR program.
- Fully functional in the use of VXvue.
- Job duties require the employee to effectively communicate complex and/or technical information to co-workers and others.
- Employees are responsible for the resolution of conflicts that may arise.
- Job duties require the effective communication of information in written (including electronic) correspondence.
- Duties require employees to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Travel between work sites as needed.
