Founded in 1999, Beyond Basics is a child-centered program, running in the school during the school day that brings targeted reading, writing, art, mentoring and partnership programs to students in grades pre-K through 12, while serving schools in the lowest performing communities. Position

Reporting to the Literacy Program Manager, the Reading Tester will play a critical role in helping Beyond Basics achieve its vision to provide high quality literacy and educational programs. The RT will be responsible for scheduling reading testing and conducting reading testing. S/he will be instrumental in ensuring consistent and effective internal processes and communications in order to strengthen Beyond Basic?s central office and position the organization for continued success.
