We are a Real Estate Investment Firm looking for a motivated Acquisition Manager in the residential Real Estate market to join our team! We are growing in the NY Metro Area! Our company has extensive experience with purchasing distressed properties, and in the last 4+ years have managed, sold, and assigned hundreds of renovated and as-is properties. We are looking for an ambitious candidate to grow with us who is highly driven to succeed.
Our Acquisition Managers focus on using their experience and knowledge of the local real estate market combined with our resources including purchasing power, established wholesale relationships, knowledge of the MLS, a track record of success, and other acquisition sources to attain off-market and on-market properties to add to our inventory. You would create relationships with homeowners that have a high inclination and need to sell their homes. Bonuses and commissions are based on performance. We have multiple options to grow together. This is a full-time sales role, from the office.
Requirements:
- Analytical skills – ability to analyze deals and understand methods of evaluation
- Communications - create and maintain new relationships, understand marketing, great interpersonal communication skills
- Negotiation skills - negotiate contracts, purchase price, excellent verbal negotiation skills
- Competitive and driven
- Ability to learn fast - ability to adapt and respond to changes
- Real Estate license a plus
- Spanish is a plus
- MLS knowledge is a plus
- Experience in the NJ real estate market is a must

or be licensed. This position will involve speaking on the phone and meeting with sellers
