Looking for a driven Inside Sales candidate to join a team of excellent sales people in the Brainerd lakes area.Do you love talking to people and problem solving A well-established real estate agency is growing and looking for a driven inside sales representative! You’ll work on prospecting and persuading qualified leads further down the sales funnel A successful candidate will be searching for new business opportunities via a variety of established tools/programs.
Job Duties:
- Keeping record of all forms of communication to assess and produce more qualified leads.
- Monitor and record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals.
- Ensuring the monthly quota is being met by sending qualified leads to the best representatives, ensuring a quick turnaround.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with one of the best teams in the business!
- $17 - $18 per hour
