The Better Co., is a real estate group under Keller Williams Domain.

We're looking for a full time real estate agent to join our team and continue to aid in our expansion as a business and company.

Responsibilities

• Must be present in office during the week

• Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities

• Consult with buyers and sellers on wants and needs

• Willingness to hold open houses

• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood

• Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales through phone calls, events, etc.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job

• History of work in sales is preferred

• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently

• Ability and willingness to communicate with clients and other agents

• Time management skills

• Tech Savvy

• Ability to work with other team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
