Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a single-family investment real estate mortgage originator. DFS originates two main loan products – a short term bridge loan for fix & flip investors, and a long term rental loan for landlords growing their rental portfolios. DFS is thriving in the current competitive environment and shows aggressive quarterly growth. Our current origination volume is $100MM per month.

This is a tremendous opportunity to see a high volume of deal flow and be involved with a fast-growing company with a very entrepreneurial culture.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate comparable sales
• Renovation estimating
• Prepare deal pro formas for investment loan packages

The successful candidate must possess the following:

• Highly analytical
• Strong quantitative skills
• Great level of detail
• Very focused
• Self-Starter
• Construction and rehabbing knowledge is a must

Qualifications:

• Construction and Rehab knowledge
• Background in single family residential real estate is required
• Background in real estate finance
• Ability to adapt to change as the company moves forward in its strategic vision
• Critical Thinker
• Strong Excel & Word skills are required
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external staff/management
• MLS/CoStar experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
