We are a dynamic real estate company looking for a Real Estate Negotiator with a passion for creative financing strategies, such as seller financing, subject-to financing, and lease options. As a Real Estate Negotiator, you will work with buyers and sellers to develop creative financing strategies that meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate creative financing strategies with buyers and sellers
• Advise buyers and sellers on the advantages and disadvantages of different financing options
• Manage the financing process from start to finish, including preparing and reviewing financing documents
• Work closely with lenders, attorneys, and other professionals to ensure smooth and successful transactions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Keep up to date with changes in the real estate market and financing options

Requirements:

• Proven experience in negotiating creative financing strategies, such as seller financing, subject-to financing, and lease options
• In-depth knowledge of real estate financing options and market trends
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with real estate software and tools
