Job description

Type: Real Estate Paralegal. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Review and Draft Contracts
• Drafting Original Petitions, Motions, Responses
• Research statutes, case law, etc
• Handle all e-filing
• Client Communications/ Meetings,
• Meet all relevant court appointed deadlines,
• Coordinate with opposing parties, and third-party vendors by scheduling and preparing mediation, depositions, court hearing, etc.
• Conduct Witness Interviews and Case Investigation, and but not limited to perform general and/or administrative paralegal duties.

· Handle Intake for new clients

· Handle all office administrative task

· Schedule all other case related dates and deadlines

· Liaison between customer and firm

Candidate must have excellent customer service skills, detail oriented, a team player, self-starter, ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills and communication skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid; Work in Office twice a week

Schedule: 3 days a week

Language: Fluent in Spanish (preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 3 year (Preferred)
• Litigation Paralegal: 2 year (Required)
• Clio: 1 year (Preferred)
• Google Drive: 1 year (Preferred)
• Notary is a plus (preferred)
