Our team is looking for self-motivated, ambitious Sales Agents to join our Colorado Springs expansion team! We want to help YOU take your business to the next level! We pride ourselves on providing proven systems to our agents that will ensure their success. This rewarding, full-time position provides agents with a fantastic opportunity to do what they love, which is helping clients find and buy the home of their dreams!

Our fast pace and growing team has an overflow of internet leads and we need highly driven agents to help us handle them. We provide comprehensive training and support as well as excellent marketing tools and transaction coordinators. Our exclusive to The Dixon Group value prop:

  • 20-30 warm internet leads per month - what this means is live consumers that want to see properties (often same-day).
  • Mentorship program: We pair you up with a Team Lead as soon as you finish Onboarding. Their job is to help you close an additional 1-2 transactions per month.
  • In-House Certified Transaction Coordinator team, Escrow, and amazing Compliance Officer.
  • High accountability with your daily flow to promote and ensure best practices.

Compensation:

$100,000+

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to Educate them on the home-buying process
  • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
  • Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
  • Have local market knowledge to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhoods
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • List and sell residential real estate with company-provided leads
  • Write purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
  • Attend team meetings in person in Denver once per month
  • Attend daily team huddle via zoom
  • Attend team training Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 1-2 pm via zoom
  • Prospecting and lead generation from 9-12 pm Monday-Friday

Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • A proven record of successful Real Estate sales experience.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • Collaboration and a growth mindset are a must!
  • MUST BE IN THE COLORADO SPRINGS/ DENVER AREA.
