What You’ll Do
The Receiving Clerk is an integral part of the Hillcrest team! The Receiving Clerk is a member of the Materials Management team and is responsible for the order, receipt, storage and distribution of all materials delivered to the department by various vendors.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be able to:
  • Maintains accurate tracking records for inventory, while ensuring stock expiration is minimized with adherence to all guidelines and best practices
  • Follows established departmental policies, procedures, objectives and quality assurance program standards
  • Promotes teamwork and collaboration with co-workers, customers and leadership to problem-solve and promote innovative solutions to provide the right product at the right time at the right place.
  • Ensures products are delivered to the appropriate department in a timely manner
Qualifications:
What You’ll Bring
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous expereince in a warehouse is preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills on a daily basis
  • Be willing and able to maintain professional standards of practice and adhere to Hillcrest’s Code of Conduct policies at all times
  • Ability to demonstrate a basic knowledge level of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and be willing and able to learn company specific software programs
  • Must possess strong organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and ability pay attention to details
