Summary:

The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for providing support in the sourcing and on-boarding process so the company can provide the best service possible to CCI’s client customers. Client company satisfaction is the number one priority. The Onboarding Specialist works with recruiters to support quick and efficient candidate/employee flow through the CCI onboarding process. The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring new candidates and employees are fully onboarded in compliance with state and federal regulations for employment through Coastal Careers, Inc. Employees must be fully onboarded by the Friday of the week the employee’s assignment begins.

The onboarding specialist provides support to recruiting efforts by updating job posts/advertisements, screening phone calls, and communicating to candidates/employees via email and text services as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities: Ensure employee onboarding and support recruiting efforts.

· Employee On-Boarding:

o Greet incoming candidates & employees and guide them through the application process.

o Gather and upload candidate & employee Identification to the applicant tracking system.

o Verify employee profile is correct and updated: Name, Address, SSN, I9 supporting documents.

o Verify and submit employee tax forms in the applicant tracking system.

o Administer drug testing, background screening, skills testing, and upload to applicant tracking system.

o Keep relevant shared documents updated: Start Sheets, job order logs, employee tracking logs.

o Work with CCI Human Resources to ensure employee HR compliance.

o Complete E-VERIFY within compliance period.

o Additional On-Boarding Support may be required as needed.

· Candidate Sourcing & Recruiting Support:

o Create, post, and update job opportunities to various websites per the job posting schedule.

o Help recruiters screen incoming phone calls.

o Provide text support via texting service.

o Plant CCI advertisement yard signs.

o Additional sourcing and recruiting support may be required as needed.
Injuries: Report all injuries to Human Resource Manager Immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
