Onin Staffing is currently recruiting for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist for the greater McAllen area.
Job Duties:
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Greeting and attending to visitors
- Providing General information
- Data Entry
- Scheduling
- General Administrative duties
- Performs other duties as assigned
MUST HAVE A VALID TEXAS DRIVER'S LICENSE
Schedule is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.
Work Experience
- Customer Service
- Good Communicator (English / Spanish)
- Typing Skills (Minimum of 40 wpm)
- MS Office Proficient
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
