Job description
The Talent Acquisition Analyst role is essential to the reporting and operations for the City of Dallas. This position will be responsible for all Talent Acquisition metrics by using different sources of information, build spreadsheets, dashboards, reports, and presentations to meet business requirements, including reporting of team performance, support various TA strategy activities and initiatives as well as support team hiring efforts such as posting positions, support hiring events or career fairs.
Human Resources: This position will be responsible for all metrics reporting and attracting and recruiting exempt and non-exempt talent for the City of Dallas Non-Civil Service Departments. This position will build reports and run weekly, monthly, and quarterly metric reports as well as support assuring the integrity of the data.

Bachelor's degree in a business analytics, computer science, data analytics, economics, finance, human resources, math, or statistics field.
EXPERIENCE:

Three (3) years of HR analytics experience including:

Talent Acquisition metrics

Reporting
-
Processing and interpreting data
EQUIVALENC IES:
-
High school diploma or GED plus seven (7) years of the required experience will meet the education and experience requirements.

Associate degree in any field plus five (5) years of the required experience will meet the education and experience requirements.

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a non-specified field plus five (5) years of the required experience will meet the education and experience requirements.

Master’s degree (or higher) in a specified field plus one (1) year of the required experience will meet the education and experience requirements
PREFERENCES:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint and advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e., pivot tables, formulas, etc.)

The salary listed on this job posting is the entire salary range for the position; amount offered will depend upon qualifications.
For evaluation purposes, acceptable qualifying experience for all positions must have been in a paid capacity unless noted otherwise in the minimum qualifications for the posted position.
Additionally, 30+ hours per week will be counted as full-time employment and will receive full credit for the amount of time employed. A minimum of 15 through 29 work hours per week will be counted as part-time employment and will receive half credit for the amount of time employed.
