Job description
Our client is looking for a strong Recruiter to strategically and tactically manage their operational recruiting. In addition to posting, sourcing, interviewing, scheduling and extending offers, you’ll play a key role in providing a positive candidate experience to elevate their employer brand within the Warwick, RI market. This role works alongside the broader Recruiting team, HR Managers and Hiring Managers to deliver talent for their business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO ON A DAILY BASIS
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing, distribution, and customer service high volume recruiting (30-40 requisition desk) .
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, advise on recruiting practice and communicate recruiting progress through weekly touch bases and thoughtful analysis, backing up advice with data points.
  • Develop and execute sourcing techniques and build strategic talent pools to meet current and future talent needs such as open interview days, continuous interview activity for positions always recruiting for, and building relationships with sources.
  • Manage and collaborate with external partners including, community, educational, and civic organizations to position company as an employer of choice. This includes Temporary Service Agency Partners, Career Centers, Community Colleges, Trade Schools, Community Centers, and others.
  • Maintain applicable records and candidate/new hire data using ATS, Excel, Sharepoint, Teams, and other forms of tracking software.
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies, such as EEOC, attendance, etc.
  • Elevate our employer brand within the Warwick, RI market by keeping a positive, team player attitude.
  • Collaborate alongside the broader Recruiting team, HR Managers and Hiring Managers to deliver talent for our business by keeping a positive, team player attitude
BACKGROUND SHOULD INCLUDE:
  • 3+ years full cycle, high volume recruiting experience (30-40 desk)
  • Experience recruiting in manufacturing or general labor environment desirable
  • Bilingual (Spanish) helpful
  • Proficient with utilizing and documenting within an Applicant Tracking (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Proficient with posting jobs and communicating with candidates using job sourcing platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
