RoundGlass is looking for a dynamic and go getter attitude Recruiter to join its growing People and Culture Team. The successful candidate will manage full cycle recruiting, across a variety of business functions and entities (product, creative, technical, content, finance etc.) In this role, You'll be a partner to our leadership team and guide them through staffing priorities, sourcing strategies, and business communications for the talent acquisition team. Most importantly, you'll be a wellbeing ambassador who evangelizes the RG mission through the entire candidate and employee experience.
Position reports to Bellevue WA at the new Headquarters and will be part of the People and Culture Team.
Annual Salary Range: $95,000 to $110,000 + competitive benefits and amazing co-workers

What you'll do:
- Partner with the RoundGlass business leaders and team to develop a strategy that builds a proactive leader talent pipeline
- Collaborate with the P&C team to develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future business needs
- Have the ability source, screen, interview, check references, and recommend qualified candidates for assigned requisitions
- Collaborate with P&C team and business leaders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting strategies
- Utilize and implement creative sourcing methods
- Deliver high quality candidates, while guiding leaders and candidates through the end to end interview process
- Work with leaders and the P&C to prepare and present job offers to candidates
- Ability to fully understand company benefits, culture, and bring new ideas to the team
- Provide hiring insights and trends
- Maintain talent acquisition dashboard and report accordingly
- Collaborate with peers on variety of initiatives related to People and Culture
- Infuse technology and operational improvements throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle that improve key recruiting metrics and drive business results
What we’re looking for:

- Advocacy: always represent the candidate’s skills and qualifications to the hiring managers
- Minimum of three (3+) years’ experience recruiting for a range of positions
- Minimum of one (1+) years working in a start-up/high growth environment preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field
- Research acumen and creativity - you learn new tech and product domains quickly and understand how to craft effective search strategies within those domains
- Strong team player; the ability to work closely and collaboratively with the broader recruiting team and hiring managers
- Must have a "solutions-focus"; able to sort through information and develop innovative solutions quickly
