The right candidate for this position will have strong experience in both operations and sales management. This individual will have experience within a staffing company along with a strong work-ethic and a desire to build a career. Duties include (but are not limited to):- Conducting Phone calls to business to pitch our recruiting services
- Management of overall sales process
- Recruitment/Placement of individuals for both short-term and long-term assignments for clients
- Sales and Maintenance of client relationships - Both Inside/Outside
- Building, Maintaining relationships with a variety of personality types
- Will be working remotely from home
- Previous experience within a staffing company
- Self-Motivator & Self-Starter
- Strong Oral and Written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills
- Positive attitude
