Position is a full time, 40 hour per week (with possible overtime) contract role. There may be options to convert to a permanent, benefitted role based on performance within 1 year.

Position Summary:
Our Talent Acquisition team is quickly expanding and it is an exciting time to join us! Our system supports 6 acute care facilities between MD, DC, and Florida, along with several community based service arenas. Looking to add several Talent Acquisition Specialists to our team as we grow. This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role you will have the opportunity to create and deploy talent strategies that enhance the organization's ability to attract and retain a talented, diverse and engaged workforce to meet current and future business needs. Responsible for full life cycle recruiting of clinical and/or non-clinical staff. May serve as a representative at agencies, universities and other functions.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required. 3+ years of recruiting experience may be recognized in lieue of the required degree.

Work Experience:
Requires a minimum of three years' recruitment experience including sourcing, interviewing, and developing recruitment plans.

Licensure/Certification:
PHR, CHR, RACR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred.
