Key Responsibilities - Recruiting Coordinator FULLY REMOTE!
As a recruiting coordinator you will assist recruiting staff by providing interview logistics support, sourcing projects, labor market data research and other talent acquisition duties as assigned.
- Interfaces with applicants throughout the interview logistics process.
- Generates recruiting and staffing correspondence and prepares for distribution to internal and external candidates, management and HR.
- Provides research support via the internet and performs basic talent searches.
- Produces reports via labor market database.
- Provides administrative support as needed to the recruiting and staffing team.
- Reviews and verifies employment requisition data/authorized approvals; makes or obtains necessary corrections.
Required Skills and Knowledge- Recruiting Coordinator FULLY REMOTE!
- Human Resources policies and procedures such as applicant flow, and business clerical practices and procedures.
- Verbal and written communication skills for frequent contact with all levels of office associates.
Education and Experience - Recruiting Coordinator FULLY REMOTE!
- No experience necessary with an undergraduate degree in HR or related discipline.
- Experience in HR related discipline helpful.

- $16.25 an hour M-F
