Key Responsibilities - Recruiting Coordinator FULLY REMOTE!

As a recruiting coordinator you will assist recruiting staff by providing interview logistics support, sourcing projects, labor market data research and other talent acquisition duties as assigned.

  • Interfaces with applicants throughout the interview logistics process.
  • Generates recruiting and staffing correspondence and prepares for distribution to internal and external candidates, management and HR.
  • Provides research support via the internet and performs basic talent searches.
  • Produces reports via labor market database.
  • Provides administrative support as needed to the recruiting and staffing team.
  • Reviews and verifies employment requisition data/authorized approvals; makes or obtains necessary corrections.

Required Skills and Knowledge- Recruiting Coordinator FULLY REMOTE!

  • Human Resources policies and procedures such as applicant flow, and business clerical practices and procedures.
  • Verbal and written communication skills for frequent contact with all levels of office associates.

Education and Experience - Recruiting Coordinator FULLY REMOTE!

  • No experience necessary with an undergraduate degree in HR or related discipline.
  • Experience in HR related discipline helpful.

Benefits and Pay - Recruiting Coordinator FULLY REMOTE!

  • $16.25 an hour M-F
