Recruiting Coordinator-
Job Duties may include but not limited to:
- Contact prospective employees
- Utilize database for tracking and managing
- Follow up with candidates on obtaining required documents.
- Assist new hires
- Answer phones and assist as needed
- Provide general support to the office staff
- Recruiting events and related company events & workshops
- Other recruiting duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of office/call center experience (prior healthcare/medical office is preferred)
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office including MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Proficient or experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and or CRM.
- Social Media recruiting/ posting
- Innovative, quick thinker, and self-starter
- Ability to work independently without supervision, communicate professionally and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to remain organized and be highly efficient
- Excellent communication skills- oral and written
- Have proper telephone etiquette and work well with employees and clients in a professional, courteous manner.
Hours:
On-call/Per Diem
8-10 hours/week as needed
