Broadridge is growing! We are currently recruiting for a Recruiting Operations Team Lead to join our dynamic Production Operations team in Kansas City, MO. The Recruiting Operations Lead is the main point of contact and escalation for the TA Operations team. This role is focused on three main areas: acting as the point of contact for all coordinators, global recruiting leads and recruiters, process documentation and system monitoring. You will leverage process improvements and technology to maximize the effectiveness of the hiring process and ensure an impactful candidate/new hire experience. In addition, you will work to support day-to-day efforts related to interview scheduling, HR On-boarding, and Vendor Processes.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for operations coordinators and global recruiting leads; regularly coach and train team on processes
  • Partner with HRIS and others internally to troubleshoot system issues related to recruiting and participate in implementation and testing of new systems functionality
  • Responsible for day-to-day administrative responsibilities within Workday such as pushing roles through approval processes, closing out roles that have not been filled and manage Workday (WD) and Service Now queue
  • Own documentation creation, updates and tracking of new programs to be included or revisions to existing documents and programs.
  • Support and assist interview scheduling and HR Onboarding processes.
  • Review current processes to determine if they are efficient and effective. Make recommendations for process improvements as appropriate
  • Assists in the execution of the compliance and legislation plans (including, but not limited to AAP, OFCCP, EEO, VEVRA, etc.) to ensure diversity and equal opportunity in hiring practices

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience; preferably some experience either directly or indirectly leading a team
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Experience working with a Human Capital Management or HRIS system required
  • Excellent MS Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and v-lookups
  • Workday Experience Preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and strong problem-solving skills
  • Desire to take ownership
  • Excellent organization skills

Annual Compensation (salaried): $75,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.

Annual Bonus: 7.5%
