- You will provide recruitment and hiring support to Iowa Home Care’s 6 locations: Boone, Knoxville, Marshalltown, Ottumwa, Webster City & West Des Moines

- Be self-motivated and self-driven to complete the job duties with minimal supervision
- Be highly energized and willing to connect with candidates and current employees to generate a feeling of belonging to Iowa Home Care
- Creatively think out of the box on recruiting and retention efforts and ideas and run with these ideas on your own
- Ensure candidates feel our welcome atmosphere at Iowa Home Care
- Assist with onboarding and initial training
- Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and/or texts to newly hired employees to check-in on job satisfaction
- Organize company events for networking and connecting between the office staff and field staff
- Conduct screening calls/interviews

What you need to have:
- Associate Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience
