• Creatively think out of the box on recruiting and retention efforts and ideas and run with these ideas on your own
• Ensure candidates feel our welcome atmosphere at Iowa Home Care
• Assist with onboarding and initial training
• Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and/or texts to newly hired employees to check-in on job satisfaction
• Organize company events for networking and connecting between the office staff and field staff
• Conduct screening calls/interviews

What you need to have:

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience
