Human Resources Manager / Tom Drexler - Louisville KY Will take on multi-unit / Regional responsibility as Drexler expands in the area! Join this busy, growing company! We are seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to become a part of team! You will be responsible for managing HR activities for the organization. *Responsibilities:* * Implement company culture, values and policies * Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates * Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication * Advocate for employee retention and development * Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records * Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions * Recruiting process *Qualifications:* * Previous experience in Human Resources or other related fields * Experience in conflict resolution * Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws * Ability to build rapport with all employees * Strong leadership qualities Preference for MULTI SITE, MULTI STATE Experience as the TOM DREXLER Team grows in the area! Strong strategic planning, process driven, recruiting leadership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

• 10 hour shift
