Help lead the expansion of an exciting 500-store retail concept as we grow in the Northeast/Midwest! Showcase, often called "Brookstone for moms" is known as the "Home of the Hottest Trends", specializing in emerging trends in fun, health, beauty, and home, in an environment where you can "try it before you buy it".

Building on its success with 15 stores operating in the USA and 109 in Canada, Showcase is rapidly expanding with 30 more stores this year and 60-100 more in 2023. To lead this effort, we seek a seasoned Regional Manager to work with our Country Manager and 4 district managers:

Responsibilities:
-Achieve aggressive sales targets by supporting the District Managers in hiring, coaching, and motivating store managers and sales associates to create a fun experience in the stores
-Maintain brand standards and build Showcase's reputation
-75-100% travel (working from home), visiting stores and our Toronto global headquarters
Report to the Country Manager - USA

Qualifications:
-10+ years of proven regional management experience, preferably small-format specialty retail mall concepts
-Strong sales management experience, including encouraging active selling, and training on the principles of probing, selling and closing
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced execution-oriented operational environment
-Hands-on in all aspects, including recruiting, store setup, coaching, and execution

Compensation:
$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Up to $20,000 in bonus
