Required: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis roles within a growing organization.
Preferred: Experience in Healthcare Services or Health Plan industries preferred.

Required: Advanced experience demonstrating problem solving and root cause analysis.Exhibit strong personal accountability & attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities:
The Regional Senior FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in partnering with clinic operations leadership to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, generate business model analysis, and deliver monthly robust reporting and analytics. Responsibilities include financial reporting with robust analytics, data consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, presenting financial results, and process improvements.
