*RBT certification highly preferred*

The RBT will work closely with our amazing team of RBTs and BCBAs to teach children in a creative, fun, and supportive environment. We provide our RBTs with regular supervision, achieving at least the 5% requirement, to support them in providing the best possible therapy for our clients. BCBAs are on-site during clinic hours. All therapy sessions and team meetings are held in our clinic. The function of the RBT is to provide direct, intensive behavioral treatment in the holistic and individualized manner designed by the BCBA.

This position starts part-time with the potential for full-time status for the right candidate that displays a passion for the field.

Essential Job Skills:

• Provide 1:1 services.
• Follow behavior plans to increase appropriate behaviors and decrease problem behaviors.
• Focus on peer interactions and other appropriate social skills.
• Completed all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Collect data.
• Regularly receive support and direction from the BCBA.
• An understanding and collaborative attitude aligned with and supportive of the mission and core values of AccessAbilities, Inc.

Qualifications:

• Employment is contingent on passing a drug test and background checks.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT Credential is highly preferred.
