We are a modern, multi-specialty family practice located in Charlestown, Rhode Island, and we are always accepting applications to grow our team of hygienists! We have developed a team of passionate professionals who work together to take exceptional care of our patients in our state-of-the art facility.

Arrowhead Dental is looking to hire full-time, part-time, and per diem dental hygienists to join our team. We are looking for someone who is personable, positive, and can provide 5 star customer service and dental care for our patients.

Our team of hygienists is well-supported by our team of hygiene assistants, allowing for timely and efficient transitions between patients and assistance with procedures. Our team of Patient Care Coordinators also greatly assist our hygienists in coordinating their schedules and ensuring clear communication with their patients. Our hygienists are provided with a guaranteed established patient base.

We offer medical and dental benefits, 401(k) / 401 (k) match, vacation time, paid holidays, uniform allowance, and a competitive base pay with productivity potential that averages between $43 - $55 per hour.

Salary: $39 - $55 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shifts
• 4 day work week and every other Saturday

Education:

• Associates (Preferred)

Licences / Certifications:

• Registered Dental Hygienist (Required)
• Dental License (Required)
