RN’s for Field RN Duties / Visits

· All Registered Nurses Must Be Vaccinated

Job Summary:

Position is a for COVID-19 Evaluations and Vaccinations

Nursing consultation (interpreting medical records, etc.), with some teaching (to social workers and the substitute care providers)

Online data entry, intake (data gathering)

Computer skills, care coordination (arranging medical, dental and specialty providers appointments, monitoring lab values related to the medications prescribed etc.) and requesting medical records.

Minimum Qualifications:

Active California RN License
6 Months of Recent RN Experience
BLS (Basic Life Support) American Heart Association Issued
