The Necessary Nurse Concierge Services, PLLC is a start-up concierge nursing business providing in-home, telephonic and virtual nursing care services for patients in the comfort of their home. We provide these services in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Missouri, North Carolina, Texas, Virginia and Washington. We provide post-surgical care to discerning clients who prioritize privacy when seeking prompt, professional, safe, competent and tailored care.
What we are seeking:
The primary goal of The Concierge Nurse is to provide exceptional in-home post op surgical care to discerning clients. This position is part-time contractual to start with flexible hours prn to eventually become full-time. Full-time with TNNCS will be considered 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Attend and successfully complete The Necessary Nurse Concierge Training.
Provide excellent nursing care to discerning clients with an emphasis on privacy and discretion.
Maintain open communications with regional nurse manager and/or owner.
Thorough patient intake and assessments.
Counsel and educate clients and their families on treatment plans.
Read and interpret patient information, making treatment decisions when appropriate.
Consult with supervisors and doctors to decide on best treatment plan for clients.
Research and provide input on ways to improve processes and improve patient outcomes.
Able to follow all established federal, state and local rules, regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications:
LPN/ADN/BSN
Active and unrestricted/unencumbered nurse license in a compact state preferably
Current BLS and/or ACLS
Valid driver’s license in good standing one other proof of ID (social security card or passport)
Two-five years of relevant work and experience preferred to include at least one year of recent experience in and an ER, ICU or med-surg unit and
Ability to work independently in home or alternate settings
Full COVID-19 vaccination preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
Required travel up to 50-mile radius one way from your home and
Willingness to dedicate at a minimum of 30 hours per month in your area if offered
Successful completion of state and federal background check and drug testing
EMR use
Microsoft Office Suite

Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining client privacy

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
