Work you'll do

Works under the direction of the Technical Support Manager. Responsible for Relativity Back-End troubleshooting and configuration, including IIS, Message Broker, Security and Functionality Hotfixes. Will be involved in Relativity Installation, Environment Growth Planning, Disaster Recovery, Tech Migration, as well as helping to develop automation of each of these components. Will also work closely with the SQL DBA and DevOps teams to recommend performance enhancements to custom applications and Relativity Databases. Should be comfortable working in the front and back end of Relativity. Similar experience with IPRO eCapture and NUIX are a major plus, but not required. Scripting and programming knowledge is strongly encouraged, but SQL Query knowledge is a must. Recommends Process, Policy, and Environmental improvements to help track and move toward maximum performance and availability. Works well under tight deadline pressure. Will be expected to take lower tier tickets when necessary, including front end troubleshooting, user access issues, and user creation requests to assure customer SLAs are hit.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Travel up to 20%
  • 5+ years directly applicable experience with Relativity and infrastructure implementation and maintenance.
  • Must have a Relativity certification
  • Must have done the work of designing, obtaining equipment and software, installing, integrating, testing, etc., in the environment required.
  • Must have experience with large systems with a complex mix of operating systems and functions
  • SQL programming experience
  • Networking Basics
  • Experience with Message Broker Technologies
  • Windows Administration Experience
  • Troubleshooting experience
  • Must have a good understanding of the specific applications and application software, e.g., Relativity, other litigation and eDiscovery platforms.
  • At least one year of experience setting up large scale database management applications, using the applicable database management software.
  • Requires in-depth knowledge of the Government's IT environments, FedRAMP Policy, including office automation networks and PC and server-based databases and applications.
  • Requires in-depth knowledge of the Government's security requirements. (i.e. NIST, E-Gov, FIPS, FISMA, and DOJ regulations).
  • Litigation support experience required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • MS Windows experience required.
  • Understanding of EDRM.

Preferred:
  • Relativity Infrastructure Specialist certification or Relativity Certified Administrator certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; preferably in the computer science or management information / technology disciplines.
  • AWS/cloud experience
  • Proficient with SQL, C#, RegEx, HTML, CSS, and PowerShell. Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite including Access, Project and Visio.
  • Experience in storage technology planning, performance capacity planning and modeling, applications planning, human factors issues, distributed processing, business process analysis.
  • Proven management skills preferred.


The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $77,000-$128,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
