Our greatest asset has been, and will continue to be, our people. We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Relocation Supervisor on our Talent Support Team based in Tulsa, OK.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor service delivered by the Relocation Management Company (RMC) vendor; provide policy guidance and decisions as needed in the administration of Relocation policies.
- Interpret the relocation policies; serve as liaison with all levels of HR and management across the company, as needed.
- Manage the relocation vendors—maintain relationships and performance standards.
- Recommend relocation policy changes and policy development.
- Provide hands-on processing expertise to monitor and ensure accuracy of the quarterly and final year-end tax gross-up of employee relocation expenses; review and correct preliminary data reports and other details from various sources.
- Interface with Payroll on all data flow and data processing issues.
- Ensure that all relocation manuals/materials that are provided to new employees/transferees are maintained and updated regularly.
- Manage the distribution of the year-end tax memo and Relocation Tax Report to active and terminated employees.
- Coordinate Tax Review Assistance Program through outside vendor.
- 1-3 years Relocation Industry experience working with large corporation programs strongly preferred
- Experience with policy development and interpretation
- Experience supervising relocation services including international activities and external vendors
- Proven leadership / supervisory skills
- Strong process design and training skills
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with an ability to coordinate and prioritize numerous projects with competing priorities and produce accurate, timely results
- Highly effective and customer-oriented; works well and patiently with various people and personalities, and maintains composure while meeting demanding deadlines
- Team player who takes an active role in group responsibilities, is flexible, and responds well to change
- Ability to complete tasks within specified timelines and work independently with minimal supervision
- Responsible and able to handle confidential information with professionalism
