We are looking to add an enthusiastic receptionist to our team! The job will be remote. High-speed internet and reliable phone service are a must. The job will consist of 16 hours per week with potential to pick up more hours during busy season (May-September). Ideal canidate will be able to work Thursday & Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. But we are flexiable on which two days are worked. A computer and work phone will be provided,
Job duties:
-Answering calls and scheduling estimate meetings for our Tree Division Service Representative using our user-friendly CRM
-Taking messages
-Collecting Credit card payments
-Light social media posts
-Other admin duties
Skills:
-Fast learner
-Good with technology
-Customer service skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
