CCS Construction Staffing is a small but growing company based out of Charlotte, NC. We are seeking a sharp, motivated, self-starter to join our award-winning team as a Remote Recruiting Administrator! This job is available to start immediately. No previous payroll experience required. Construction industry knowledge is a plus, but not required.

Remote Recruiting Administrator Job Description

The purpose of this role is to assist the recruiting team by performing various administrative and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with hiring managers to understand business and recruitment needs
• Finalize, approve, and post job requisitions for open or future positions
• Monitor the status of active job postings and applicant responses to job postings are correct and updated
• Inform the appropriate Recruiters of incoming orders via Email and/or Teams
• Audit, update and maintain accurate information on the Recruiting Team and Territories
• Enter all incoming orders into the ATS. Ensuring accuracy and urgency.
• Perform audits on all requisitions to ensure all required information is complete. Contact appropriate parties if the information is missing or inaccurate.
• Assist in owning the workflow within our applicant tracking system for recruiting process including updating candidate status, updating notes, updating nomination stages, correctly tagging skills, and job details
• Maintain and release daily/weekly Recruiting Reports (Scoreboard, Metrics etc)
• Compile applicant data to review applicants

Qualifications:

• Experience working on the computer required
• Experience in a fast-paced industry
• Experience using an ATS preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
